This intake manifold material is made from special DURALUMIN to avoid for the gasoline evaporated when go through to the combustion chamber and for others benefit of this THE “r” INTAKE MANIFOLD KLX 140 / KLX 150 is can be shorten the flow of gasoline to the combustion chamber which can produce constant power. Unlike the other performance intake that using aluminum with lower grade to make the intake. Also as you know the others performance has many curves so that it slows down the mixing of fuel and air which results in unresponsiveness. But with the “r” intake manifold you won’t find any of those problems, you will feel much better acceleration!

For rubber on this intake manifold are made from a hard rubber but it still elastic and not easily stretched when exposed from heat of the engine and gasoline.

This manifold design for KLX that using carburetor with diameter 28mm up to 42mm, please chose for the size that you need on the OPTIONS COLOUMN
